Painful circumstances in a child's life often can't be avoided, but a caring mentor, a listening ear, a welcoming shoulder, can make all the difference between despair and hope, confusion and confidence. Our mentors take a personal interest in each child. They're there to listen, empathize, and guide. They're there to help pick up scattered pieces and breathe fresh energy into flagging spirits.
Friends and fun, and they're good to go! Kars4Kids outings are an injection of joy for the children we sponsor. They forget about any worries and live it up for a day. They come home with a good feeling about themselves, saturated with fun memories to cherish, and with enough energy to continue on until our next event rolls around.
