There were six units in this building and three of the units were occupied by good tenants who could always be counted upon to pay the rent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But when Dr. Patrick retired and\nmoved out of state, he had a problem: you don\u2019t just pull the rug out\n(literally) from under reliable tenants and boot them out onto the street. At\nthe same time, Dr. Patrick really needed a way out of the hassle of managing\nthis property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kars4kids.org\/real-estate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Kars4Kids (opens in a new tab)\">Kars4Kids<\/a> Real Estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Patrick looked into real estate donation and discovered that he would benefit from a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kars4kids.org\/real-estate\/how-it-works.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"tax deduction (opens in a new tab)\">tax deduction<\/a>. After speaking with Kars4Kids, he also found that we were a sensible real estate donation program with no intention of kicking out his reliable tenants, who continue to produce income for this property until today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Kars4Kids (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kars4kids.org\/real-estate\/\" target=\"_blank\">Kars4Kids<\/a> upheld the leases of the three tenants, and continued using Patrick\u2019s long-time property manager to assist in maintaining the building.
