But now Subhash was approaching retirement, and was still holding a number of undeveloped properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These were properties that Subhash had been holding onto for\nquite awhile. He wanted to try and do some good with them. He problem was,\nSubhash had a pocket listing agreement with his broker. That meant he couldn\u2019t\ndonate the properties without paying her commission. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>Not to worry! <a aria-label=\"Kars4Kids (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kars4kids.org\/real-estate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kars4Kids<\/a> took care of everything for Subhash by not only arranging and paying for the appraisal of the properties, but by paying the broker\u2019s full commission as well. That was no small deed as the commission came to some $30,000!
