While attempting to tie up many loose ends prior\nto the big move, Jeff became concerned about a vacation home purchased many\nyears earlier in Upstate New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The home was in a small town, and although it was in decent\ncondition, the property had extremely high holding costs relative to its value.\nJeff just wasn\u2019t having any luck finding a buyer on which he might unload what\nhad turned into a white elephant. And that\u2019s when Jeff\u2019s good luck kicked in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>He was listening to the radio when the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.karsforkidsjingle.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" Kars4Kids jingle (opens in a new tab)\"> Kars4Kids jingle<\/a> came on. It his him: real estate donation might just be the solution to his problem.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>And so it was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Donating a vacation home to charity worked out <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The title and transfer process turned out to be smooth and seamless, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kars4kids.org\/real-estate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Kars4Kids (opens in a new tab)\">Kars4Kids<\/a> even refunded him for the taxes he had already paid in advance of the coming year. Jeff was relieved that he was able to conclude this meaningful chapter of his life in such a positive manner.
