Car crashes are a nightmare. Every driver’s preference, nay hope and dream, is to drive a set of wheels until said car is ready for donation to Kars for Kids. But if a driver has to get into a car accident let it be about scratching a shiny paint job, or something else that doesn’t take lives or cost an arm and a leg to fix.

1) Car Crashes into the Licensing Office on Driver’s Way to Renew License.
In Spokane Valley, Washington, back in 2010, a man hoping to renew his driver’s license crashed his car into the office of the Department of Licensing. He meant to park his car, but oops, his foot slipped from the brake pedal onto the gas pedal causing his car to jump the curb and crash ¾ of the way into the DOL building.
2) Car Crashes into Restaurant, Driver Orders Pizza.
In January 2013, an elderly fellow’s foot got stuck on the accelerator, causing his car to drive into (and we mean into) Valentino’s pizza parlor in Lincoln, Nebraska. As bystanders phoned in the accident to 911, the senior citizen ordered a pizza while still inside his car.
3) Car Crash Slash Heimlich Maneuver.
Back in 2011, Richard M. Paylor choked on an apple and passed out while driving his truck. Lucky for the 55 year-old Pennsylvanian trucker, his truck went into a concrete barrier causing his chest to smack into his steering wheel which in turn caused the piece of stuck apple to out from his windpipe. A chunk of apple was recovered by police who arrived at the scene. “This accident saved his life,” said Lt. Madison Winchester.
4) Steals a Truck, Crashes into the Police Station.
Amanda Jeffries thought she could get away with stealing a pickup truck in 2012. But the owners called it into the police. The cops found 27 year-old Jeffries quickly and pursued the stolen truck for four minutes. The car chase ended when Jeffries drove the truck smack into the downtown headquarters of the San Angelo police department.
5) Trashy Car Crashes.
Next time you allow trash to accumulate in your car remember how 53 year-old Ann Biglan’s Ford Focus crashed from trash. According to the police in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts, the car was packed from floor to ceiling with garbage and in fact, it was falling trash that caused the car crash. Biglan survived to explain that old coffee cups and other bits of rubbish had fallen onto her brake and gas pedals, causing her to lose control of the car while she was backing out of her parking spot next to the local post office.
